School Picnic (2025- 2026)
The students of Delhi English Academy classes III to V ,recently embarked on a fantastic educational picnic to KidZania , the one-of-a-fantastic theme park located in Sector-38, Noida. The day was a perfect blend of fun, adventure, and hands-on learning, leaving the students with cherished memories and valuable real-world insights.The students had the incredible opportunity to step into the shoes of various professionals and experience a wide range of careers. They transformed into firefighters, rushing to a blazing building to put out a simulated fire; they became pilots, navigating a flight simulator; and they donned chef hats to bake their own pizzas and cookies. The mini-city also had a hospital where they could play the role of doctors and surgeons, a radio station where they could become RJs, and even a police station to learn about law and order. The most valuable aspect of the trip was the experiential learning. The students didn't just play; they understood the responsibilities, challenges, and rewards of each profession. They learned about teamwork, communication, and problem-solving as they collaborated to complete their tasks. They earned KidZos for their hard work, and in turn, they could spend their earnings on services or products within the park, reinforcing the concepts of work and money management.

Delhi English Academy's recent trip to KidZania in Sector 38, Noida, was an unforgettable experience for students of Classes Preschool to II ( Second ) . This fantastic theme park provided a unique blend of fun, adventure, and hands-on learning, allowing students to step into various professional roles and gain valuable real-world insights. At KidZania, students embarked on a range of exciting careers, including ¹: - Firefighting: Rushing to put out simulated fires and learning about fire safety - Aviation: Piloting flight simulators and navigating through aircraft controls - Culinary Arts: Baking pizzas and cookies, and learning about food preparation - Medicine: Playing the role of doctors and surgeons in a mini-hospital setting - Broadcasting: Hosting radio shows and creating content as RJs The trip's highlight was the experiential learning aspect, where students didn't just play, but gained a deeper understanding of each profession's responsibilities, challenges, and rewards. They developed essential skills like: - Teamwork: Collaborating to complete tasks and achieve common goals - Communication: Expressing themselves effectively in various roles - Problem-Solving: Overcoming obstacles and finding creative solutions Students earned KidZos, KidZania's virtual currency, which they could spend on services or products within the park, teaching them valuable lessons about work, money management, and financial literacy .

A picnic serves as a delightful break from the regular routine, providing students with an opportunity to relax, explore, and spend quality time with their peers and teachers. It fosters teamwork, strengthens bonds, and promotes experiential learning beyond the classroom. Our school organized a picnic on 4th October 2025 to Elevate Amusement Park, Gurgaon, for students of Classes VI & VII. The students had an enjoyable and memorable experience as they participated in a variety of fun-filled and adventurous activities, including the obstacle course, wall climbing, dancing, and relishing delicious food.

A picnic is a joyful break from the daily routine that allows students to relax, explore, and enjoy time with friends and teachers. It helps in building teamwork, creating memories, and learning through fun outside the classroom. Our school organized a picnic on 4/10/25 to Elevate Amusement Park, Gurgaon, for classes IX & X . Students had a wonderful time participating in various fun and adventurous activities such as obstacle course, wall climbing, dancing, and enjoying delicious food.
